The Ocean View House stands as a serene family residence nestled on a tranquil street in Mellons Bay. Its picturesque location offers a breathtaking vista of the eastern coastline, creating a soothing ambiance. To fully capitalize on this natural setting, the main living area was strategically placed on the upper level, allowing occupants to seamlessly connect with the outdoors while attending to household tasks or observing children playing on the balcony.

One of the primary objectives was to select building materials that required minimal upkeep while still achieving a contemporary aesthetic. To meet this requirement, we opted for Nuwall cladding and honed concrete block, imparting a modern and clean-lined appearance when viewed from the street. Additionally, the backyard boasts a delightful mini-golf course, providing a leisurely retreat for both adult and young visitors alike.
