Fortunate circumstances allowed us the opportunity to design two neighboring houses. Situated atop the upper hill of East Tamaki Height, the Black and White House stands proudly beside the Weng House. Our challenge lay in harmonizing the two residences while preserving the distinctive design characteristics of each. Exploring various styles, compositions, and roof forms proved intriguing. Ultimately, we opted for a modern, sleek aesthetic that complements its 'sister house' admirably.
