The client approached us with a vision: a sleek, contemporary home tailored for their family of five. Our challenge? Navigating the constraints of the 'design toolbox', which dictated strict guidelines for building form, materials, and roof design. Factor in the sloped terrain and 8-meter height restriction, and the project demanded ingenuity.

Our solution? We crafted a striking mono-pitched roof that gracefully follows the natural contours of the site, seamlessly blending form and function. Simplicity was paramount in our floor plan, ensuring effortless circulation—particularly important for the family patriarch, a sprightly gentleman in his 90s. Descending to the lower level reveals a realm of entertainment, featuring a state-of-the-art home theater, a chic bar area, an inviting outdoor BBQ space, and a luxurious swim spa.
